The FTED-840-150S-FP is a single transverse mode quantum-well Fabry-Perrot laser diode with 150mW CW output power at 840nm. It is suitable for Defence and demanding wide temperature operation Industrial applications. It operates reliably from -30°C to +45°C (with internal cooler +75°C) and has the lifetime over 10000h.
