Frankfurt Laser Company offers a new series of Superluminescent Diodes. Available wavelengths are between 405nm to 1310nm and the output power varies between 2mW to 30mW. Obtainable packages are either 5.6mm TO-can, Coaxial housing or Butterfly housing.
